Will this slow down my site?
No. SurfLink includes a Module Manager. If you don’t need a specific feature, you can disable it entirely to keep the admin interface clean and save server resource usage.
Can I import redirects from other plugins?
Yes. SurfLink supports CSV Import and Export for specific modules. We even provide a sample CSV to help you format it.
Does “Search & Replace” handle serialized data?
Absolutely. We fully support serialized data (crucial for Page Builders like Elementor/Divi). We also include a “Dry Run” mode so you can see what will change before it happens.
Can I restore database on a different domain?
Yes, SurfLink supports restoring database on a different domain.
Can I restore the database backup on a different table prefix?
Yes, SurfLink automatically handles differences in database table prefixes.
Can I restore just plugin folder instead of the whole site?
Yes. Our restore function is granular. You can choose to restore just the “Plugins” folder, “Themes,” or the Database independently. You can also download specific folders from your backup.
Does this work on WordPress Multisite?
No. It is not fully compatible with WordPress Multisite. Use with caution on Multisite installations.
