- Lifetime deals grant access for the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the customer or company
- Lifetime access includes updates and support only as defined at the time of purchase
- Subscription plans must be renewed to maintain access to updates and support
- Failure to renew does not revoke usage rights but may disable updates, support, or premium features
We reserve the right to change pricing, plans, and feature availability at any time for new purchases.
3. Updates, Features & Compatibility
Our plugins may receive updates, improvements, feature changes, or removals over time.
We strive to maintain compatibility with current versions of WordPress, but:
- We do not guarantee compatibility with all themes, plugins, or hosting environments
- Older WordPress versions may not be supported indefinitely

4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. SurfLab Tech does not store full payment details.

Support does not include custom development, third-party plugin fixes, or WordPress core issues.
